1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase or receipt
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
3. Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptions

Customized mattresses or made-to-order products
Sale or discounted items
Products marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with product images and order details.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by Restara Mattress.
7. Processing Time
Refunds usually take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been processed.
